About the retreat
Sun, surf and a slower heartbeat.
Connect and explore with a mix of activities in nature, a variety of yoga styles, other courses and healthy food, in the tropical paradise of Costa Rica.
Two courses a day on a beautiful open-air terrace, then out into the warm water and the jungle. Step onto our Octagon terrace and the panorama feels like overlooking Jurassic Park.

Tortuga Island
A boat trip to Tortuga Island with a seafood lunch and clear-water snorkelling.

Jungle & waterfall
A national-park hike through the jungle to a hidden waterfall.

Sunset horseback
Ride along the beach as the sun drops, hooves in the warm sand.

Fire & community
Gather on the sand for a fire show, music and the local culture of Montezuma.

Beach yoga & SUP
Float in turquoise tide pools, paddle a board, and practise on the sand.
The place
Off the crowds, into nature.
The venue sits just 7 km north of the famous beach town of Playa Santa Teresa, on the hills between Playa Hermosa de Còbano and reef-sheltered Playa Manzanillo, perfect for swimming. In between, turquoise tide pools wait for a float.
It’s off the crowds, overlooking jungle, mountains and ocean, with a refreshing breeze and the beach just minutes away. The land runs to 5000 square metres of mostly flat ground with big trees to chill under.
Where you’ll sleep
Glamping under the canopy.
Choose a single or double room, or a glamping tent with great airflow, mosquito windows and the option to seal it completely. Single glamping, or shared with one other person, all with jungle and ocean views and a large garden.
A daily breakfast buffet of oatmeal, bread, spreads, cheeses, nuts, fruit salad, yogurt, honey, coffee and tea, with Costa Rican specialities along the way.
