A day on retreat

Two practices, and a whole lot of outside.

Two courses a day on the yoga terrace, moving through different styles. Around them: meditation, Qi Gong, breathwork, health coaching, acro yoga and yoga philosophy, then out into the mountains or the sea.

No. All levels are welcome. We mix styles and meet you where you are, from first downward dog to long-time practitioner.
